A delicious Lunch

What's for lunch?  If I'm going to eat, I might as well post.   Here's recipes for ...
Homefries:
Heated up leftover homefries and chili beans.
 Cut potatoes into wedges.
Season with Onion powder, garlic powder, garlic salt, pepper, Chili powder
Toss with Olive Oil. Put on pan.
Bake 400-425 degrees for 30-45 or until crispy.

Mine got a little more done than usual.

Chili Beans:

Cooked Pinto beans, chopped carrots, chopped celery, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, ground cooked burger, garlic chopped into little pieces, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon pepper, cumin, salsa, chili powder

Mix well. Cook until done.

Super Salad: 
Laura's Super salad.
 Spinach, broccoli, cherry tomates, chick peas, celery, carrots, apples, grapes, onions, canned pineapple.

Chopped bite size..

Raisins, cranberries, sunflower seeds, white shredded cheese, cottage cheese, croutons, green olives, fresh ground pepper

Mixture of ranch (Hidden Valley Ranch), Bluecheese, Italian (Neuman's (sp) Own)


To flour tortilla with melted cheese added chili beans.
 Chili Bean Burritos:
To flour tortilla add cheese (melted) chili beans, spinach, onion, tomatoes, hot peppers, spices, sour cream, salsa.
Laura's homemade salsa.


Added salsa to tortilla.

Add sour cream and spinach, hot pepper, tomatoes..

A delicious lunch!
