Canning Like Crazy!

My heirloom tomatoes from garden...from this to this...
 
 
 My salsa I canned...

 Some bantam chicken eggs my egg man gave me to try out!
 My very first watermelon rind pickles I canned.
 & preserves...
 Some Piccalilli green tomato relish....
Green tomatoes, onions, peppers, corn, garlic, cabbage, cauliflower, vinegar, spices...
 Peach Salsa.....Peaches, peppers, onion, garlic, lime, spices..
Decreased the sugar & left out the pectin..
got the recipe from here.
Had a wonderful bump of crop of peppers!
So I also did a pepper & onion relish...
A nice gallon jar of dill brine pickled veggies that needs to sit for two weeks.
I got this idea from Backwoods Home Magazine...
